LUT Blend Fruit Crumble

The Recipe 

Recipe serves 1 (Can be multiplied for more)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C Oats
  • 1/4 C LUT™ Blend
  • 1 t Cinnamon
  • 1.5 T Maple Syrup
  • 1.5 Coconut Oil
  • 1 C your favourite berries or chopped apple

    Directions (super simplified): 

    1. Mix oats, LUT Blend, Cinnamon, Maple Syrup and Coconut Oil together in a bowl.
    2. Place fruit in an oven safe ramekin
    3. Crumble mixture on top of fruit
    4. Bake in the oven for 10 mins or until golden.
    5. Serve with yoghurt and a dusting of cinnamon
